To prevent atmospheric pollution or an explosive dust mixture, dust has to be suppressed quickly. Water is controlled by valves which regulate a fine film. The water is pumped from surface or deep wells and constantly reused. As a result it can contain larger particles of dirt. Servo-assisted solenoid valves featuring a media-separated pilot valve are insensitive to particles and minerals while providing large orifices up to DN 50.
